Juan I. Apoita participated as a speaker in the session “Courtroom Advocacy: Technique, Experience and Professional Judgement”, organised by the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
During this practical and educational session, he shared his experience in litigation and his perspective on courtroom advocacy, addressing key aspects such as trial preparation and strategy, examination techniques and the structuring of oral submissions. He also highlighted technical rigour, the ability to distil complex issues and sound professional judgement as fundamental elements of a robust and effective defence.
