Juan I. Apoita took part in an event held by a company at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao, where he presented and delivered training on the event organiser’s Internal Communication Channel, developed and implemented by Apoita Carvajal Abogados.
During the session, he addressed the importance of regulatory compliance as a tool for corporate prevention and protection, as well as the role of internal channels in fostering an environment based on transparency, integrity and respect for applicable rules and standards of conduct.
The training provided an opportunity to explain how the channel operates, the types of communications that may be submitted through it and its main safeguards, including confidentiality, protection of whistleblowers, the possibility of making anonymous reports and the rights of the persons concerned.
