Graduate in Law and Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Complutense University of Madrid, Postgraduate in Corporate Criminal Law, Diploma in Advanced Specialization in Economic Criminal Law and with studies in corporate compliance and internal investigations, he maintains a constant commitment to training, has collaborated with the publisher La Ley in the preparation and updating of legal materials related to his specialty, in addition to participating in specialized media.
Experience:
Lawyer specialized in conflict resolution and risk management in Economic Criminal Law, General Criminal Law, and corporate compliance, mentioning his extensive experience in proceedings of great public notoriety before the National Court and his proactive, results-oriented approach. He is a member of the Spanish Union of Criminal Lawyers (UEAP), of the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP, speaker and teacher in various institutions).
Furthermore, he is a finalist in the Forty Under 40 Awards by Iberian Lawyer, 2025, in the Economic Criminal category.
